1. Independent Territory Sales Representative

As a part of our growing optical company, this position represents value-oriented products used by eye care professionals every day, OPTICAL FRAMES. EYEGLASS CASES. PRESCRIPTION LENSES. ACCESSORIES FOR EYEGLASSES.

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible to expand upon a base of established accounts building relationships with optical retailers with demonstrated experience in growing and closing sales. This position involves calling on active accounts and developing new accounts, with a focus on building long term customer relationships and increasing sales revenue. The Outside Sales Representative will be evaluated on the ability to meet sales quotas and revenue targets. This position requires proven territory management skills, reliable transportation, an enthusiasm for extensive travel by car, and the ability to carry and lift multiple sample bags weighing up to 50 pounds. We require you to have reliable transportation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Increasing revenue within the assigned territory, by initiating regular, in person contact with existing and potential clients, and introducing these clients.
  • Excellent organizational and reporting abilities.
  • Accurately and thoroughly complete sales forms, documents, and reports.
  • Strong relationship building and business development skills.
  • Familiar with time, territory, and call cycle management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service and listening skills.
  • High energy, stamina, and resourcefulness, with the ability to be on the road 5 days a week.
  • Driven to accomplish goals and objectives.

Pay : Salary plus Commission.

2. Inside Sales | Optical Lenses (Chatsworth, CA)

Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the issue. Then, expediting a solution and following up to ensure resolution.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attract potential customers by answering questions about the company's product and services. 
  • Understand customer needs and reuquirements.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your databse of prospects within your assigned territory.
